In the case of damaged items please follow below

If packaging is damaged please ask the courier to note this on the delivery form. Kindly take an photo of the damaged package with the courier before he leaves. Next please check if the contents are damaged or not. If so, please include an image of the damaged package as well as the damage on the actual item in your claim e-mail to us. We will process the claim accordingly and replace the damaged item. Limited edition prints will need to be shipped back to us to be destroyed before being replaced.

Our Giglèe prints are printed to order and specification, therefor order cancellations will not be possible once your order has been processed. It would typically take around 48-72 hours till that point so advise us immediately if you feel you have made a mistake. We will try to cancel the process before it’s too late. If we are successful in doing so, you will be refunded the amount less any expenses incurred.
